Chris was totally professional, both when quoting for the work and when carrying out the work. He explained the products used and identified a mark which might cause a problem, but was not phased by wine stains. Both carpets were beautifully clean and all stains removed. The rooms smelt fresher. Totally delighted with his work. No hesitation in recommending him.

We had considered replacing all the carpets in our new home as they were heavily soiled and smelt. The cost was prohibitive for us so we got Chris in to clean the carpets in the hopes that he could improve them a little bit. The results were amazing! The carpets came up almost as good as new and saved us thousands of pounds that new carpet was going to cost us. Chris worked really hard and went over some bits twice at no extra cost to ensure he achieved the best possible result for us. I thoroughly recommend using Advanced Clean.

Our ex rental house had a great wool carpet, which was very worse for wear - covered in stains. Although the people we bought the house from allegedly had them cleaned calling in the experts was essential if we had to live with the carpets. The communication prior to arrival was fantastic, service excellent and the results are outstanding - was a bit dubious it would work but the carpets were transformed and I rather regretted ripping the worst one up before they came as it may have been salvageable, money well spent.

Our carpet is fairly old and had some pretty heavy traffic marks on it, plus wear and tear. Chris was honest with us on the results we could expect to see after cleaning and we were pleasantly surprised once he had finished. This is the second time Chris has cleaned my three piece suite. He was flexible when choosing an acceptable date with the option to change it to an earlier one if a cancellation became available. He is honest and trustworthy and gave clear advice on what to expect when he had finished (the suite has seen better days). His work is exceptional and he always does the job with the minimum of disruption. I would recommend him without reservation.

I've managed some the finest hotels around the world where detail and standards were paramount. Chris came highly recommended to me and surpassed my expectations which were high.
